Jeff JewellJeff Jewell

Jeff Jewell is the founder and President of Jewell Computing Solutions, LLC. Jeff brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology field to provide innovative solutions to his client’s business needs. Jeff earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Science from Kutztown University in 1990. In the past, Jeff has worked as a Technical Specialist for Warren County Community College in Washington, NJ, a Microcomputer Specialist at East Stroudsburg University in East Stroudsburg, PA, and as the Director of Information Technology at Linx Enterprizes in Phillipsburg, NJ. In addition to holding these positions, he also ran Jeff Jewell Consulting, a part time computer consulting business which provided technical support and custom programming services for individuals and small businesses. In 2005, Jeff purchased the Computer Consulting division of Linx Enterprizes to found Jewell Computing Solutions, LLC.

Jeff currently resides in Bangor, PA with his wife Lori and their 2 beagles, Bree and Jasper. Jeff enjoys the sport of Drag Racing, and actively competes on the local, regional, and national level at sanctioned events. He has been track champion at Island Dragway in Great Meadows, NJ several times, and has many event wins to his credit.


Lori JewellLori Jewell

Lori Jewell is married to Jeffrey Jewell, President/CEO of Jewell Computing Solutions, LLC. Since 2007 Lori has worked part-time assisting Jeff with the Accounts Receivables and Payables. She also works closely with the entire team to ensure operations run smoothly.

Lori received her degree as a Certified Medical Assistant in 1995. As such, she holds down another part-time position in a physician’s office. In her free time, Lori enjoys the company of their two Beagles, Bree and Jasper. She is also an avid Belly Dancer. 


Ryan RobertsRyan Roberts

Ryan has been working in the Information Technology field since 2005 when he first started as a Bench Technician at Computer Renaissance.  Ryan also has numerous years’ experience in customer service working in various industries including credit card processing, cell phone support, remote computer break/fix, and field repair.  A graduate of Kaplan University, Ryan holds his CompTIA A+ certification and holds an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, and would like to pursue his CCNA.  Ryan enjoys spending time with Family, Friends, and playing video games.


Courtney DrakeCourtney Drake

Courtney is the newest member of the Jewell team. Courtney is new to this field, but excited to embark on this new adventure.  A 2010 graduate of Centenary University, majoring in Communications with a concentration in Radio and Television, she would like to go back to school to get a Master’s Degree in Business.  Courtney has worked with customers and in customer service since the age of 16.  Previously, Courtney started out as a subcontracted technician at a cellular phone provider and over the years, eventually becoming one of the top operations specialists in their zone.  Courtney is ready and eager to tackle whatever the future holds for her.

In her spare time Courtney loves to be with family and friends, including her 2 dogs Coco and Godric the Pug.  When she can, she loves to take the dogs out for walks, to the dog park or sometimes on a small hike through Merrill Creek.  Courtney still continues to enjoy singing, acting and dancing.


The DogsBree and Jasper

Bree and Jasper have been with Jewell Computing Solutions since 2009 and 2011 respectively.  As the Directors of Wellness, Bree and Jasper greet our clients and cheer up the staff at the end of a tough day.  They can often be found asleep on a chair, or practicing the art of mooching.

Bree enjoys long walks and chasing after balls, though she doesn’t always bring them back.  Jasper enjoys relaxing and occasionally shredding things that he shouldn’t.
